This library is designed to move alongside the course — one session at a time. Many of the course materials trace back to insights learned from these resources. You’ll find podcasts and books that challenged or expanded our thinking. None of this content is mine; it’s a curated reflection of what has influenced the creation of The Magic of Mistakes.
You’ll likely find things you agree with and things you don’t. That’s fantastic and creates the tension required for critical thinking. Which is the precursor towards discovering what is right for you and your body in this moment in time. Allow your ideas to be fluid and change. Enjoy the process of becoming.
Reading and listening are meant to support your practice. There is a fallout of over-intellectualizing. Remember that your regulated body is your best guide. That your breath is the great revealer. If you don’t know where to begin, allow curiosity to guide you.
